Terms of Service

Fleet Tracker shows the location of your vehicles, sends alerts and builds reports from the data your GPS trackers send. Positions depend on GPS and cellular coverage and can be delayed, missing or inaccurate.

Reports such as IFTA mileage are tools to help you — check them before you file. You remain responsible for your tax filings.

Only track vehicles you own or are authorized to track, and tell drivers that their vehicles are tracked where the law requires it.

Keep your sign-in details safe and don't use the service for anything unlawful, such as tracking people without their consent.

Trackers we supply come configured for your account with an active SIM. Install them safely or have a qualified installer do it. Trackers we did not supply may not be connected without our approval.

Plans are billed monthly per tracked vehicle, in advance. You can add or remove vehicles at any time; changes apply from the next billing period. Hardware is billed as agreed when ordered.

You own your data, including your vehicles' location history. We own the software and infrastructure that run the service.

The service is provided as is. Fleet Tracker is not an emergency service — do not rely on it to protect life or property. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
