Account data you give us — your name, company name, email, and billing details — to set up and run your account.

Vehicle and tracker data — positions, speed, heading, ignition state and the other readings your trackers send — so we can show your fleet on the map, raise alerts and build reports.

Usage and diagnostic data about how the app is used, so we can keep it fast and reliable.

To operate the service: the live map, alerts, trip history, geofences, share links and reports such as IFTA mileage.

To keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your fleet's locations with anyone you haven't shared them with.

Location data can describe where a driver is. You are responsible for telling your drivers that vehicles are tracked and for following the laws that apply to you.

We host the service on our own servers. Each company's vehicles and history are kept separate, so one company can never see another's data.

We rely on a small set of providers — cellular connectivity for trackers, maps, email delivery and payments. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reports can be exported as CSV at any time — your data stays yours.
