Do I have to buy trackers from you?
We supply trackers already configured for your account, so they work the moment they're installed. If you already have compatible trackers, we can usually move them over.
Is cellular data included?
Yes — trackers we supply come with an active SIM, and data is part of the plan.
How hard is installation?
Plug-in trackers take minutes. Hardwired units take a mechanic or installer about 20–30 minutes per vehicle. Then you type the IMEI into the app and pick the vehicle.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. Larger fleets can choose annual billing — talk to us for details.
Can I add or remove vehicles?
Any time. You're billed for the vehicles you track, so it grows and shrinks with your fleet.
