Agreement
These terms govern your use of Fleet Tracker, provided by Friction Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
The service
Fleet Tracker shows the location and status of vehicles fitted with compatible GPS trackers, sends alerts and produces reports. Positions depend on cellular and satellite coverage and may be delayed or unavailable. The service is not designed for emergency response or safety-critical use.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
- You must have the right to track the vehicles you add and must inform drivers as required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to track people without their knowledge where the law requires consent, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
Fees
Plans are billed per vehicle per month, in advance, unless agreed otherwise. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Hardware is covered by separate terms.
Your data
You own the data you and your trackers put into the service. You can export it at any time. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy.
Termination
You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are unpaid.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
